The 29th FHC Shanghai Global Food Exhibition (FHC Shanghai 2026) will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) from November 10 to 12. FHC Shanghai is one of Asia's leading food and beverage trade shows. Covering over 200,000 square meters, the 2026 edition gathers more than 3,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries and regions across 15 product sections, including meat products, seafood, snacks, dairy, confectionery and chocolate, and foodservice supply chain, attracting around 180,000 professional visitors.
At our 9-meter by 4-meter booth, we will run a full production line in live demonstration: the 170 encrusting machine, paired with a cake forming machine and an automatic tray arranging machine, will show continuous filling, forming and tray arrangement for filled cookies, mochi and pastries. We will also demonstrate the 170 transverse cutting machine and dough lapping machines, and display a washing machine for cleaning support. In addition, our 400 encrusting machine will be on display for inspection (not in production during the show).
Whether you run a cookie factory, a mochi producer, or a pastry workshop, our encrusting machine and tray arranging machine solutions can be configured to your output target, product range and plant space.
