Shanghai Yucheng Machinery Concludes Successful Exhibit at Bakery China Autumn 2026 in Wuhan

The 11th China International Bakery Autumn Exhibition (Bakery China Autumn 2026) and the 9th China Home Baking Show 2026 concluded successfully at the Wuhan International Expo Center from October 22 to 24. A Successful Show for the Bakery Industry

Organized by the China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd., the Bakery China series has served the industry since 1997 and is a leading trade platform for the bakery market in the Asia-Pacific region. Bakery China Autumn, launched for the strong seasonal demand of Christmas, New Year and the Spring Festival, has kept about 50% year-on-year growth for six consecutive years. This year's edition combined exhibition, forums and competitions as a national B2B2C platform for autumn festive bakery products and the fast-growing home baking market, with the 6th China Bakery Industry Summit held concurrently.

Highlights at Our Booth

Yucheng Machinery presented a full range of food processing equipment covering cookies, pastries, bread and mooncakes. For complete production lines, we showcased the automatic cookie production line, automatic pastry and bread production line, egg yolk mooncake production line, Qiong-style mooncake production line, shortcake production line, Daifuku production line and specialty cookie production lines, including double and three color lines with multiple hoppers.
